Terms & Conditions

1. Title in the property remains with Berlex Auto until full payment of the goods has been received. 
2. All costs associated with the recovery of outstanding accounts, including agency fees, will be at the expense of the client. 
3. No claims will be recognised unless made in writing within 14 days of tax invoice date.
4. Freight Protection can be purchased to cover loss or damage in transit. Missing Freight queries with Freight Protection will be responded to within one business day. Missing freight queries without freight protection will be responded to within five business days.
5. Prices are inclusive of GST and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order is the price charged.
6. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed. Berlex Auto is not liable for delays caused by the freight carrier.
7. Custom printed items (colours, text, quantities) are produced strictly to the specifications provided by the client at the time of order. Berlex Auto is not responsible for errors in specifications supplied by the client.
8. Custom printed or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
9. Order cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once production has commenced.
10. Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the client's cost, provided they are unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
11. Payment is due prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been approved in writing.
12. Accounts not paid by the due date may incur a late payment fee and goods on order may be placed on hold until payment is received.
13. Colours shown on the website are indicative only. Minor variation between screen display and finished product should be expected.
14. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
